The problem can be from either the M1 mult-room interface or the P1 remote, so we will need

The light fades out over time and we REPLACE this component. This requires repairs to be done internally... it is not a part we can sell/ship separately.  You MUST ship us the remote so we can perform repairs and then return to you in full working condition.
