Vintage Los Angeles Olympic Games XXIII PAC TEL Phone Western Electric Telephone
In "as-found" condition.  Untested so don't know if it works, however appears to be in very good condition overall.  I didn't see any damage.  Minor signs of age and wear
along with maybe some light scuffs or scratches
