Vintage Gotz Puppe (Romi) Pre-American Girl/Bitty Twin

Description

This is a very charming Vintage Götz Puppe doll. I believe she is a red-haired, brown-eyed "Romi" doll and is a pre-curser to the American Girl Bitty Twin (1987-ish era). She has the same/very similar face mold and body type as the twins.
She is in very good used condition. Displayed but not payed with. No stains, odors, or damage. She has very nice vinyl with a rosy color, a cream-colored muslin stuffed body, long neck strings, brown glass eyes with nice lashes, and excellent soft and shiny rooted hair that is in the original ponytails. She comes in her original Götz-branded dress.
She was made in Rodental, Germany, according to the tag on her dress.
She has bloomers, which appear to be the same bloomers the original American Girl dolls came with. The elastic has a little stretch left in it but is a bit loose. A couple strands of her hair have escaped the pony tails. This little girl has a wonderfully expressive face with a spark of personality. A very nice addition to either an American Girl or a Götz collection.
