Description

Hard to find, but not the best shape:  Has yellowing (common for these ) missing the insert to attach front window on first floor. Missing window shrubs, swing, furniture, stickers and front door. Has a hair line crack on corner of base plate(as shown), small broken out section above where the bay window snaps in (hidden by bay window). Does have the mailbox that is a piece on its own. Very large - pick up in Butler, PA only. NO SHIPPING.  About hour North of Pittsburgh PA and hour East of Youngstown, Ohio.
