Built this for my property however I can not keep it. This home was built to block out as much sound as possible as well as maintain great climate control. It has several layers of insulation and would do well both in desert heat or mountain cold.
My goal with this unit was to keep as many of the appliances and amenities standard sizes with out compromising to much space. It can accommodate a full size refrigerator and microwave. The sink in both the bath area and kitchen are standard sizes. The shower is 32 X 32. It’s a unit built for living in not camping.
I installed double outward swinging doors on the front, I wanted to extend a deck and maybe an awning to create a feeling of more space in front.
The unit has tiled shower, clothing cabinets and cloths hangers, and AC with a heat pump.
