older bullet pencil: Rugged Cross Shrine #39, fraternal group, Benton, PA

Description

Here is an older advertising "bullet pencil" showing the In Hoc Signo and cross emblem for the Rugged Cross Shrine #39.  When researched it appears this is part of a fraternal order in Benton, PA.   It measures about 3 3/4 inches in length.  It is used and there is a small crack in the plastic case or pencil cover near the bullet end.
