    Box says "Oil", but filter says "Fuel"...?
    Looks like a gas/diesel pump is the most common use.
    As-found, someone wrote "Roger's generator" on box - box has shelf wear, filter still in shrink, no dents.
    Must be old - "Made in U.S.A.".
    About 5-1/4" tall x 3-3/4" o.d., 2-3/4" o.d. at gasket, about .930" i.d. at threads, weighs just over 1 lb..
