An assortment of 25 large, medium and small holds of different colors and shapes, ideal for home or gym climbing walls. Perfect for beginners and pros alike. The package includes 5 large, 14 medium and 6 small holds with five bright colors to ease creation of routes of varying difficulties.
PERFECT TEXTURE The texture provides good friction for grabbing, yet it is smooth enough to prevent skin damage on the hands. Their texture is better than the natural rock or wood, which actually, become slippery when they are wet or aged.
BOMBER ATTACHMENT Large and Medium holds have two attachment holes; one for attaching the hold in place (with a 3/8-16 x 2-in SOCKET HEAD CAP SCREW- Not included) and a smaller one to stabilize it (with a screw, not provided) avoiding it from turning while climbing. Tightening torques: 27-34 ft/lb (20-25Nm) for Small size holds, 34-41 ft/lb (25-30 Nm) for Medium size holds, 34-47 ft/lb (25-35Nm) for Large size holds.

Although it is not always possible to give individual hold sizes, the pics. above are given to show a large and medium hold for comparison. These jugs are one of the best-sellers series among the large Kandi Climbing Holds portfolio, covering all specific types of climbing holds as well as cutting edge volumes. Kandi Climbing Holds, newly introduced in the USA, is a popular brand in Europe, especially in Germany, where indoor climbing and climbing gyms have seen the biggest growth, they are exported to Japan as well. Required Screws/Bolts (not included in the package): Given that the thickness of the plywood is 3/4 -in; one 3/8 -16 x 2-in socket head cap screw (bolt) and one 8 x 1-in flat head Phillips wood screw are needed for each hold. Allow 1-inch space behind the plywood for shallower holds. Notice for tightening torques: 27-34 ft/lb (20-25Nm) for Small size holds, 34-41 ft/lb (25-30 Nm) for Medium size holds, 34-47 ft/lb (25-35Nm) for Large size holds. - if not sure of the torque applied, just tighten enough to secure a firm placement, then use a wood screw to stabilize the hold. Notice For Attachment Bolts (NOT PROVIDED): 3/8-16 bolts could be either zinc plated, Stainless Steel (AISI 304), or INOX (AISI 316). We recommend Zinc plated bolts for indoor use in dry climates, Stainless Steel bolts (AISI 304) for outdoor and dry climates as well as indoor use in wet (seashore) climates, and finally INOX bolts (AISI 316 - Marine grade) for outdoor use in wet (seashore) climates. T-nuts as well should match the bolts' metal grade.
