This is a really cool item.  It's a true vintage Elvis Costello and the Rude 5 t-shirt from the early 1990's - definitely 1991 or 92 era.  It doesn't have any concert dates, but came as part of a collection of concert shirts from the late 80's/early 90's so it might have been originally purchased at a show.  Graphics are bright with just enough wear to look vintage.  Fits in the area of an adult L/XL
The shirt feels great, it's not as soft as some vintage shirts though.  It has the single stitch sleeves indicating the shirt was produced before about 1995. Here are the measurements:
Sleeves: 13"
Armpit to Armpit (Across Chest): 20"
Neck to bottom hem: 25"
Condition-wise, this one is in pretty nice used shape.
No tears, no stains, no writing or weird discolorations.  It does have a couple of odd defects though including thread coming out of the back collar and a "dart" added to the back to make a pleat or maybe tailor it a bit - not really sure what the purpose is.  The tag has also been removed.  See pics for exact condition details.  Here are the measurements:
