This a Conex storage container made into a small house. There is a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and a living room. Kitchen and living room are one large section. The unit is well insulated except for the door to the container. That has been left unfinished, just in case you want put or take something out. What you see inside is included, but if you do not like the furnishings etc, we can remove them and the price would be adjusted and you can just buy the shell. This is made to be off grid, so there is no electrical or gas hook ups. You would use oil lamps and propane as well as wood. The stove is wood/gas. The toilet is also not plumbed, it would depend on a location and where it would plumb to.  If you desire electrical lights, we can add them at a minimal cost. The unit can be moved by a trucking co. that moves containers as well as it can be shipped by boat anywhere in the world. SOME OF THE INSIDE DECORE IS NOT THE SAME AS PICTURED, IF INTERESTED PLEASE ASK FOR UPDATED PICTURES.

Payment must be received within 10 days of date of purchase and items must be picked up within 30 days of date of purchase, otherwise the item will be considered abandoned and buyer will forfeit all rights to it.  Please note that Ebay charges sales tax applicable to buyer's shipping address for all Ebay sales.

First, a crating or packaging charge will have to be added to the invoice.

Local Pickup:
This item can be picked up at our warehouse in Ventura.
