    Description

    Used locally by phone company linemen. I do not have a way of testing it. I have removed the 9 volt battery. There was no corrosion at connections.  Tester has typical signs of long term use. No breaks, cracks, wire fraying, or abuse spots. Test wires with clips look good and usable.  It may work just fine but selling "As Is".
