Very Good to Good  Appear to have been loaded and then not deployed and unloaded. They have stickers and
Some but Minimal Scuffs from rubbing and possibly an odd unseen scratch or ding that I missed,

These are excellent for emergency supplies or records and photo storage in flood areas because the cam latches on these pull down super tight on the gasket
and there is no breather valve to leak. May have to tie it down so it does not float away.
